We are an OEM customized die casting manufacturer specializing in making CNC machining parts (aluminum, steel, brass, stainless steel), die casting molds and products (aluminum, zinc, magnesium) as customers' design over 15 years.
Using UG, SolidWorks and PRO-E software, our professional team of engineers can modify product drawings and design complete 3D mold drawings based on customer requirements and actual production conditions.
With ISO9001, SGS, and IATF 16949 certificates, we maintain 100% inspection before shipment. We have produced more than 1000 kinds of CNC machining parts and die casting products to date.
Regarding CNC machining ability, our factory operates 16 sets of CNC machines, including 2 sets of 5-axis Brother machines, supported by a professional machining team from design to quality control.

Dimension Inspection: According to customer requirements, we use calipers, micrometers, and three-coordinate measuring instruments to check key dimensions, tolerances, form, and position tolerances to ensure they meet standards and generate detailed reports.
Batch Production: During the production process, we conduct random and comprehensive inspections according to processing requirements to ensure consistent product quality.
