How long is your delivery time?
Generally, it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. For mass production, it typically takes 7-45 days depending on quantity and part complexity.
Do you provide samples? Is it free?
Yes, samples are available. The sample fee depends on the product geometry and will be returned upon placing a bulk order.
What information is needed for a quote?
Please provide 2D drawings (PDF or DWG format) and 3D drawings (STEP, IGS, or X_T format), along with requirements for surface treatment and quantity.
Will my drawings be safe after sending?
Yes, we can sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) before receiving your drawings and will not release them to any third party without your permission.
What is your standard procurement process?
Prototyping → FA Approval → Quality Control Plan → Manufacturing Process Instruction → Batch Production → Inspection → Shipping.
